Stephen Luparello, SEC Director of Trading and Markets, will deliver the keynote address at the T+2 Symposium: The Road to a Shortened Settlement Cycle, in NYC on Sept. 17. Senior operations, technology, legal and compliance, risk, and corporate actions professionals, as well as service providers and regulators, will discuss the industry’s progression from the selection of the Q3 2017 timeframe to the planning, testing and implementation of a move to T+2, and the need for regulatory certainty.
