Comment Period Ends: Proposal to Amend FINRA Rule 0150

The SEC requested comments on a proposal to amend FINRA Rule 0150 (Application of Rules to Exempted Securities Except Municipal Securities) so that FINRA Rule 2121 (Fair Prices and Commissions) and its Supplementary Material .01 and .02, which govern mark-ups and commissions, will apply to transactions in, and business activities relating to, exempted securities that are government securities.
