Ballot Due Date: November 15, 2013

Executive Summary

The purpose of this Notice is to distribute to eligible FINRA small firms the ballots to elect a New York Region member of the Small Firm Advisory Board (SFAB). FINRA small firm members in the New York Region as of the close of business on October 15, 2013, are eligible to vote in this election.

Ballots are due by Friday, November 15, 2013, and the newly elected SFAB member will take office in January 2014. Eligible firms are urged to vote in this SFAB election.
